Attractive Styling
Can enhance the appearance of your system or products, the meters are 1/8th DIN cut-out with the case being made from V-0 rated materials. The bezel is designed with minimum protrusion, avoiding clumsy system appearance.
Large Clear Display
Facilitates ease of use with data displayed clearly and legibly in the standard red or optional green LED display.
Removable Bezel
In applications requiring infrequent set-up changes, a plain bezel can be used. This 'set and forget' option means access to the instruments is concealed and is only used by, say, service personnel.
Ease & Secure Configuration
For added security, set-up access can be limited. This is achieved using password and/or a removable bezel.
IP66 & NEMA 4 Front as Standard
The Select range was designed for a wide range of environments and provides IP66/NEMA 4 at no extra cost.
Comprehensive Remote Control
Remote instrument access by computer using industry standard RS422 or RS485 serial communications ensures easy system integration.
VAP Series Digital Panel Meters
Digitron's VAP Series offer a range of high accuracy performance panel meters designed for use with pressure transducers, high voltage transducers and current loop sensors.
Features include:
- Highly accurate performance
- Large LED display
- Easy to use
- Controller model
- Superb value
- Compact designAll models incorporate a decimal point position selection and continuous scaling of gain, from full scale > 250 to < 1999, using jumper links, zero and gain adjustment control
- The VAP Series are supplied with a set of standard engineering units for customer use.
Reliability
All models are subjected to detailed inspection and a rigorous testing programme before being calibrated. All models are also supplied with a 12 month warranty on parts and labour.
A440 Series Current Loop Indicators
Digitron's A440 Series current loop indicators are designed for use with any current loop sensor, which gives out a dc current in the range 0-20mA, or 4-20mA. 0mA or 4mA 'zero' inputs are selectable, with further offset adjustment for sensor calibration (using jumper links). Both instruments give out a nominal excitation voltage of 24V dc and can also be used as repeaters on loops, which are already powered.
- Two models are available:
P440 Series Pressure Indicators
Digitron's P440 Series pressure indicators are designed for use with pressure transducers with a full-scale output 100mV or other strain gauge device.
- Two models are available
These instruments give a 10V DC excitation voltage and can be adjusted to give full-scale indication for other than 100mV using jumper links, zero and gain adjustment control.
V440 Series Bridge Transducer Indicators
The V440 series transducer Indicators are designed for use with any 3 terminal transducer which requires a nominal + 24V DC excitation voltage and gives out a signal in the range 0-5V or 0-10V DC (1-6V, 1-11V DC with offset).
- Two models are available:
Model V445 indicator, and model V448 indicator with single set point each with 2 ranges, 0-5V (1-6VDC with offset). or 0-10V (1-11V DC with offset).
Both instruments give out a nominal excitation voltage of 24V DC.
4000 Series "Slimline" Panel Thermometers
The 4000 Series range of panel thermometers are a comprehensive range of indicators and controllers for use with K, T, and J thermocouples or Pt100 sensors with a unit resolution of 0.1 or 1 degree Celsius. Temperature ranges from - 100?C to 700?C are catered for with an accuracy of +/-0.3%, or better.
Whilst retaining the standard 96 x 48mm DIN front panel and large LED display, instrument depth is just 63mm. Should the need for calibration or servicing occur, the downtime, has been minimised by providing front access to the PCB via the removable front window plus there is the provision of rear plug-in terminals.
All instruments are subjected to detailed inspection and a rigorous testing programme before being calibrated and a 12 month warranty.
4000 Series Applications
- Process Industries (Food and Chemical)
- Engineering and Manufacturing Industries
- Heating and Ventilation
